In-Person Pickup: Skip shipping fees with free in-person pickup in the Green Bay area. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days following your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Our in-person pickup hours are vary depending on the time of year. Don't forget to bring your order confirmation email with you when picking up your items. A digital confirmation will be accepted.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico. Europe Regrettably, we do not currently ship to any other countries.

Import Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once it reaches your destination country. These charges, if applied, are your responsibility as the customer, and KellyHewitt.com is not liable for them.
Order Status: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us at info@KellyHewitt,com with your name and order number, and we will assist you. Please allow 1 business day for a response.
